A Conversation with my Boss

Silence is not always golden!

Several days ago my boss approached me. Timidly at first, she was unsure how to broach the topic. She wanted to talk about the issue of race and racism.

I commend her on her bravery and her real desire to learn, grow, understand and possibly change. You see my boss is a white female.
